Back before that little molestation scandal, Michael Jackson was a groundbreaking artist.
Beginning later this month, many of Jacksons' hits will be re-released in Europe. Stateside audiences have essentially turned their backs on Jackson, but the same cannot be said o'er the pond. Sony execs are hoping these releases will capture the same sales as the recent Elvis repackaging.
I haven't anything snarky to say about Jackson. It's all been said before. It's just a shame that all of the man's talent has been eclipsed by endless scuttlebutts. [Thanks Evan]
