Our Memorial Day trip was fantastic. We rented a houseboat and cruised through the Thousand Islands region of Eastern Canada and Northern New York. Eric spent his summers on the St. Lawrence with his dad, commandeering sailboats and powerboats, so a return to the area as an adult was quite an experience for him. The seven of us launched La Baronessa (the name of the boat) in Champagne Point, just east of Gananoque, Ontario.Click here to continue reading…
